**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Outreach**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and customers to promote our imported and Indian marble products.
- Present product information, features, and benefits to generate interest and secure sales.
- **Lead Management**:

- Manage and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into potential sales opportunities.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication.
- Address customer queries and provide pre-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Targets**:

- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets as set by the sales management team.
- Collaborate with team members to contribute to overall sales success.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the sales team on customer preferences and market demands.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the construction or interior design industry is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
- **Sales Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
- **Team Player**:

- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with the sales team and contribute to a positive work environment.
