**Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Sales Calls**:Initiate outbound sales calls to potential customers to introduce and promote RMS Stonex's marble products.
Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest and close sales.

**Lead Generation**:Identify and qualify leads through proactive outbound calling and follow-up on marketing-generated leads.
Maintain a database of potential customers and update records regularly.

**Customer Relationship Management**:Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Sales Targets**:Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Consistently achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call volume, conversion rates, and revenue.

**Product Knowledge**:Develop a thorough understanding of RMS Stonex's marble products to articulate their features and benefits to customers.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telesales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
