Telesales Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Must have knowledge of Natural Stones and marble
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions that meet their requirements
- Manage customer accounts by maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and implement marketing initiatives to drive sales
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports to the sales manager to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
- Identify and escalate customer issues and concerns to the sales manager to ensure timely resolution
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and competitive activities to identify new sales opportunities
Qualifications for a telesales executive typically include:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in telesales or customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven mindset and strong motivation to achieve sales targets.
Overall, a successful telesales executive should have a passion for sales, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and improve their skills.
