Female Tele Caller Executive

As a Female Telecaller Sales Representative at Shree Ram Stone, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth through effective telecalling and customer engagement strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, qualify prospects, and promote our stone products to potential customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce Shree Ram Stone's products and services.
- Qualify leads based on their requirements, budget, and project timelines.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with qualified leads and provide further information.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing details, and promotions to interested customers.
- Maintain a database of leads, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities and strategies for lead generation and conversion.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English and Hindi, with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets and deliver results.

Pay: ₹10,415.32 - ₹20,920.99 per month
