We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Female Telesales Executive to join our sales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our range of marble products and generating sales leads through outbound calls. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company while building strong relationships with our valued clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our range of marble products and services.
- Identify and qualify sales leads, understanding the needs and preferences of prospective clients.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to clients regarding product inquiries, pricing, and availability.
- Maintain a database of client information, interactions, and sales activities using our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and sales closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹21,978.63 per month
