**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound calls from customers to address their inquiries and provide information.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or products.
- Maintain a customer database and update records with relevant information.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with existing customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve organizational goals.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- **Experience**: 2 years of experience in telecalling / Fresher Also Can Apply
- **Language Known**: Hindi & Basic English.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
