We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales and Support Supervisor to lead our Sales and Support team in the Indian division. This role requires a results-driven individual with excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. The supervisor will manage a team of Sales and Support specialists, ensuring efficient workflows, high sales performance, and excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the Sales and Support team to ensure effective performance and achievement of business goals
- Provide leadership and coaching to the team, helping them to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer support
- Monitor daily activities of Sales and Support specialists to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Coordinate sales initiatives and ensure consistent communication across the team
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of CRM tools and customer data
- Prepare performance reports for management on team achievements and challenges

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales and support management, preferably in the FinTech, brokerage, or banking sectors
- At least 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in sales or customer service
- Native Hindi. English B2 or higher
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools (We use SalesForce)

**Working Conditions**:

- Fully remote work

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
