**Key responsibilities of a Site Supervisor**:

- Oversee the planning and execution of all construction activities on a site
- Manage and supervise the workforce, including scheduling and delegating tasks
- Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with the project schedule, budget, and quality standards
- Enforce safety regulations and protocols on site
- Communicate and coordinate with all stakeholders involved in the project
- Resolve any issues or problems that may arise during construction

**Qualifications for a Site Supervisor**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in construction, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of construction principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and supervise teams of workers
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
