Marketing Executive
If you live and breathe marketing, we need to talk. We’re looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for the growth of our inbound sales channels.
Marketing person responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.
Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead Generation & Management:
i. Generate qualified leads through various B2B portals such as IndiaMart, TradeIndia, JustDial, and Exporters India.
ii. Actively manage and follow up on daily inquiries from potential clients, ensuring timely and relevant communication.
- Client Relationship Management:
i. Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
ii. Understand clients' requirements, provide product recommendations, and create tailored quotations.
- Exhibition Representation:
i. Represent the company at leading national and international plastic exhibitions such as Plastindia, Plastivision, Plastfocus, Indplas, Hiplex, Kplex, and others.
ii. Promote the company’s products and services, generate leads, and network with potential clients and partners at exhibitions.
- Client Meetings & Business Travel:
i. Travel as required to meet with clients and potential customers, both domestically and internationally.
ii. Conduct face-to-face meetings to understand client needs, offer solutions, and close business deals.
- Machine Trials & Demonstrations:
i. Provide detailed information about machinery during client trials or demonstrations, ensuring all technical and operational queries are addressed.
ii. Support customers during the machine trial phase, helping to ensure smooth operation and satisfaction.
- Client Visits & Company Tours:
i. Organize and facilitate plant visits for customers or potential clients, offering them an in-depth understanding of the company’s manufacturing process, product quality, and capabilities.
- Documentation & Reporting:
i. Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, including inquiries, quotations, and communications.
ii. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, lead generation, and market trends.
- Communication & Market Intelligence:
i. Act as a key point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring effective communication and resolution of any concerns.
ii. Provide regular updates and insights into market trends and customer feedback to help refine product offerings and marketing strategies
**Requirements and skills**
- Plastic graduated or Post graduate with MBA.
- SKILL REQUIRED Communication skill (English/Hindi/Any other language).
- MS Office (Specially Excel, PPT).
- CRM Software
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
