We are looking for a talented professional who can handle product design, digital marketing, and website maintenance, contributing to the overall growth and success of our business.

**Position: Graphic Designer with Digital Marketing & Website Maintenance Skills**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Graphic Design**
- **Product Images**:

- Design high-quality product images for Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
- Create lifestyle images and graphical enhancements to improve product visibility.
- **Labels & Packaging**:

- Develop visually appealing and compliant product labels and packaging designs.
- **Infographics**:

- Design infographics to showcase product features, benefits, and usage details.
- **Marketing Visuals**:

- Create banners, ads, and promotional content for social media and marketplaces.
- **Videos**:

- Edit and produce engaging product videos and short promotional clips for social media platforms like Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.

**2. Digital Marketing**
- **Social Media Marketing**:

- Develop and execute campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to boost engagement and sales.
- Produce content calendars and manage posting schedules.
- **Google AdWords**:

- Set up, optimize, and manage Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Monitor ad performance and refine strategies for better results.
- **SEO**:

- Optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms for better search visibility.
- Work on improving the company website’s ranking through keyword research and on-page SEO techniques.

**3. Website Maintenance (PHP-Based Website)**
- **Basic PHP Maintenance**:

- Update and maintain the company's PHP-based website to ensure smooth functionality.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues and implement basic feature enhancements.
- **Content Updates**:

- Regularly update website banners, promotional offers, and content.
- **Monitor Performance**:

- Ensure the website runs efficiently and is optimized for user experience.

**Work Performed in This Role**:

- Regularly update product images and listings across multiple platforms.
- Create and execute social media campaigns aligned with ongoing offers or events.
- Manage promotional campaigns during festive seasons like Diwali, Christmas, and New Year.
- Work closely with the marketing team to design and deliver impactful ads and visuals.
- Ensure website content reflects the latest products, discounts, and news.
- Analyze customer feedback to improve product visuals and marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Design Expertise**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Premiere Pro.
- Strong creative skills to design engaging visuals for e-commerce and social media platforms.
- **Marketing Knowledge**:

- Hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO and techniques for optimizing listings and website content.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of PHP for website troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Familiarity with website management tools and coding practices.
- **Other Skills**:

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Prior experience in e-commerce is preferred but not mandatory.
