Customer Experience Assistant

**Operational Efficiency** : Manage and resolve complex operational issues that arise across multiple stores. Take a floor walk to ensure that display is arranged in appropriate way. Check previous sales of the particular store and set the daily target accordingly. Brief the staff regarding sale target and support the staff wherever required.
- **Sales**: Setting up the sales target for all the stores in consideration with the Area Manager. Monitor the sale on daily basis considering the set target. Brief the staff and make sure that target would get achieved. Maintain the sales report on weekly basis. Identify the gaps and try to improve the sales by using different strategy. Handle the escalations if any.
- **Stock Maintenance **:Ensure that stock is available in the stores. Coordinate with store manager to check the sales and availability of the stock. Based on targets and requirement of the stock, make availability of stock in the particular store. Take feedbacks from the staff and understand the requirement. Handle the issues if any. Take target and sales review from the store manager.
- **People Management**: Identification and provision of training and management of staff welfare. Handling issues, training, grooming, observing store and process and adding the things to improve. Provide support to team during the rollout/implementation of newer systems/processes and gather feedback. Responsible for team management, ensure a cohesive environment and right culture is maintained within all the stores.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,805.10 per month
