**Will you fit the bill?**
Do you have the artistic flair of a graffiti artist but the strategic mind of a chess grandmaster? If you do, then we've got a spot for you
As the Visual Designer and Communications Specialist, you'll be the rockstar behind our internal communications strategy. You will work with design tools including but not restricted to Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite to whip up visually stunning internal communications creatives, from mailers and newsletters to web images and social media posts.

**What we expect from you**:

- **Create stunning visuals**: Develop engaging and eye-catching internal communications materials, such as mailers, newsletters, images, and videos for the intranet and websites, LinkedIn posts, and content for external platforms.
- **Be our brand ambassador**:Ensure strict adherence to ACKO's brand guidelines and contribute to the development of a consistent and compelling visual identity for the brand across internal communication channels.
- **Own the design strategy**: As part of the Internal Communications team, you will be required to also provide design strategy and creative direction for office branding initiatives that reflect ACKO's vision, mission, values, and EVP.
- **Master asset creation**: Produce a wide range of creative assets, including graphics, templates, layouts, video, and visual standards for various communication channels.
- **Deliver expert proficiency**: Display proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop, to execute high-quality visual designs and videos as needed.
- **Be an independent executioner**:Act as a self-starter, capable of ideating and executing projects end-to-end with mínimal supervision, while consistently meeting deadlines.

**Qualification we prefer you’d come with**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in communications, design, or PR roles, preferably within an agency or similar setting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of visual communication work.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Ability to create illustrations, banners, posters, and creative videos.
- Understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to maintain consistency in visual communication.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work within a team.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, visual arts, or related fields is preferred.
