**Position Overview**:
**THIS IS NOT A UI/UX or PRODUCT DESIGN ROLE.** We are seeking a highly motivated Visual Designer specializing in Storyboarding and Motion Graphics to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be pivotal in creating compelling visual content—including style frames, visuals, and storyboards for motion graphics videos—that simplifies complex concepts for our audience. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to bring innovative ideas to life.

**What is Juspay Academy?**

Juspay Academy is a program dedicated to equipping individuals with the foundational principles needed to build reliable and scalable products. Through lessons, talks, and workshops, the Academy covers a wide spectrum—from the fundamentals of digital payments to deep technology principles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop storyboards, style frames, and visuals for motion graphics videos based on scripts and creative briefs.
- Translate complex concepts and ideas into visually compelling and easy-to-understand animations.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Collaborate with animators and video editors to bring motion graphics projects to fruition.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in motion graphics design and animation.
- Assist with other design-related tasks and projects as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Visual Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
