**About the Role**
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Design Visualizer**with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will transform conceptual ideas into compelling visual presentations that accurately reflect design intent. You’ll work closely with architects, designers, and clients to develop high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and presentation materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Create photorealistic 3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs for interior and exterior design projects.
Translate architectural and design concepts into clear and impactful visual representations.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure alignment of visual outputs with creative and technical expectations.
Revise and refine visuals based on feedback from clients and internal teams.
Work within project timelines to deliver high-quality visuals for presentations, marketing, and client approvals.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, rendering software, and visualization techniques.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Architecture, Visualization, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Design Visualizer.
Proficient in 3D visualization and rendering software such as:
3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, SketchUp, Enscape, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Strong understanding of architectural drawings, design detailing, materials, and lighting.
Good eye for aesthetics, composition, and storytelling through visuals.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)**
Experience with animation and motion graphics.
Knowledge of Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) tools.
Experience in video editing and post-production.
