**Job Title: Visual Designer**

**Location: Bangalore (Full-time)**

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a passionate Visual Designer who thrives on building, experimenting, and growing. You’ll shape our visual language across brand, product, campaigns, and marketing creatives bringing ideas to life with craft, consistency, and attention to detail. This role is perfect for someone with a strong foundation in brand and visual design, who can work seamlessly across digital and print formats, and who loves collaborating in a fast-paced, creative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Evolve and shape the brand’s visual language across campaigns, product, communications, and marketing creatives.
- Design original and impactful creatives for social media, ads, performance marketing, and brand campaigns.
- Create engaging product illustrations and motion assets that enhance user interfaces and storytelling.
- Build and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across platforms as the brand scales.
- Collaborate closely with designers, writers, motion designers, marketers, and product teams.
- Contribute to the design system and ensure the visual quality of deliverables during QA and final handoff.
- Research, explore, and experiment with new design trends, tools, and formats.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience: 4+ years in visual design, graphic design, or a related field.
- Craft Skills: Strong sense of typography, color, layout, grid systems, and visual hierarchy.
- Versatility: Comfortable working across web, print, campaigns, product design, and motion.
- Attention to Detail: Obsession with polish, alignment, and brand consistency.
- Collaboration: Open to critique, feedback, and working as part of a close-knit design team.
- Portfolio: A showcase of high-quality work demonstrating your process, craft, and versatility.
- Bonus Skills: Experience in illustration, motion design, or related creative disciplines.
