**ServiceNow Integration Specialist.**

Technical Skills
- 1. Should have a minimum experience of 3 to 7 years in ServiceNow.

2. Should have experience working with AWS Service Management Connector for ServiceNow

3. Should have experience working on
- Providing pre-approved, secured and governed AWS resources to end users through AWS Service Catalog.
- Executing automation playbooks through AWS Systems Manager.
- Tracking resources in the CMDB powered by AWS Config seamlessly on ServiceNow with the AWS Service Management Connector.
- Defining new resource types based on ServiceNow CMDB tables and synchronize these with AWS Config custom resources.
- Configuring syncing AWS Security Hub findings to ServiceNow incidents or problems.

4. Should have an understanding of ServiceNow development, including creation of Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules etc.

5. Should be able to analyse ITSM processes end-to-end and map them to ServiceNow.

6. Should be able to develop ServiceNow integrations based on REST/SOAP API

7. Should be aware of integration standards and best practices like error handling etc

8. Support the development and configuration of a variety of areas primarily in Incident, Problem, Change, Service Portal, PPM, SLA, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Release, Asset Management, Integrations with majority of EUS (End User Services related) integrations.

9. Experience in security setup and manage security inside the instance

10. Hands on experience on Flow designer

11. Client side and server-side java scripting.

12. Uni and bidirectional integration using SOAP and REST messages

13. Collaborate with team members to define analyse, understand, and document business and technical requirements.

14. Using SCRUM / Agile methodologies design and develop / configure forms, workflows; create scripts to build logic.

15. Formulate testing approach, test cases and document them

16. Unit and regression test implemented solutions as required

17. Support User Acceptance Tests and implement code into Production

19. Offer technical solutions to address complex requirements

20. Evaluate alternate solutions, identify the best option and implement the solution

21. Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for stakeholders as appropriate.

22. Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve identified system issues.
