Tasks
- Collaborate on user stories to define development tasks
- Carry out agile sprint-defined development tasks to support release cycles,
- Develop and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts ,Script Includes, Widgets
- Communicate with the customer in technical/non-technical terms, understand their business requirements, and provide suitable solutions
- Work with stakeholders to design testing strategies for development, QA and UAT environments
- Work on continuous improvement by sharing experiences and knowledge with the team
- Monitor ServiceNow ITSM module for failures and performance problems.
- Create necessary documentation for the process and team.
- Run/ participate in workshops with the customer to meet the expectations and requirements.
- LDAP integration, Service Catalog, Reporting, CMDB, Data migration, Application migration from instance to instance.
- Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements, ACL, UI policies/Actions, web services and ServiceNow best practice in terms of development.

Other Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience/ combination of education and experience.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
