Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospective clients in the freight forwarding and logistics sector.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing quotes, and offering tailored logistics solutions.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
Present and sell the company’s freight forwarding services, including air, sea, and land transportation solutions.

Negotiate pricing and service agreements with clients, ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome.

Collaboration with Operations:
Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination of logistics services.

Assist in the preparation and execution of client contracts, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.

Market Intelligence:
Stay informed on industry trends, shipping regulations, and changes in the global supply chain landscape to offer competitive solutions to clients.

Customer Service Excellence:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery, addressing issues promptly and professionally.

Pay: ₹9,654.65 - ₹37,434.44 per month
