Role: Customer Service Representative - L2 (English & Hindi)
**Education**:
- Graduate or Undergraduate (under final year or 2nd year only)
**Experience**:
- Minimum 1 year in a Customer Service role within the BPO industry
(Outbound Sales experience will not be considered)
Language Proficiency:
- English Communication Level: Versant 5 (Not more than 5 grammatical errors
in the entire conversation; a recording will be provided for better
understanding of communication skills)
- Proficiency in Hindi is also required
Typing Skills:
- 25 WPM with 85% accuracy
Compensation:
- CTC: ₹25,000
- In-hand Salary: ₹21,000 (with PF & Medical Insurance Benefits) or ₹24,200
(without PF)
- Excellent command of the English language
- Strong customer service skills

Additional Information:
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role within the BPO industry.
- Should demonstrate a strong ability to type at a speed of 25 WPM with an accuracy of 85%.
