Office Executive

Manages all administrative support functions, including office organization and procedures, records and files, Finance/Accounts Managing, and meetings and events planning.
- Facilitates and supports faculty activities.
- Supports the needs of undergraduate and postgraduate students at the main campus and instructional sites.
- Knowledge of Finance and Accounts and Computer Knowledge is a plus point.
- Hands-on experience in ERP / SAP software systems will be an added advantage.
- Coordinates faculty/student orientations, workshops, and special events.
- Serves as a liaison on behalf of the Director to all internal departments and external contacts; assists with all internal and external communications.
- Provides direct support to the Director by initiating and/or preparing reports, and correspondence, taking minutes/notes and following up on meetings and events.
- Implements and manages office technology systems and procedures, e.g. templates, databases, spreadsheets, etc.
- Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director.
