We are Hiring for **"US Immigration Executive"**

**Position**: US Immigration Executive

**Experience** : 3+ yrs

**Office Time**: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST (Night Shift)

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Coordinate, collect, review, and update the paperwork required for submission of non-immigrant visas like H-1B, H4 and Stem OPT.
- Create and review the _LCA_ and update the status to beneficiary.
- Prepare forms like I-129, I-539, I-765 for submission of visa categories H-1B, H4, H4 EAD respectively.
- Prepare weekly reports and send to on-site counterparts and Management as well.
- Review the RFE copies and collect the RFE documents from beneficiary and shared same with on-site counterparts as well as attorneys of Law firms.
- Organize and upload the documents like Receipts, RFEs, Approvals, Denials copies on the server.
- Preparing Offer, Experience, DMV, Consulate, Re-entry Letters.
- Working experience with Attorneys on Day to Day Basis.
- Need experience on preparing PERM Applications and GC processing.
- Need support on Visa Stamping.
- Working on I-9 forms & E-verification.
- Issuing Offer Letters.
- Onboarding the beneficiary.
- Handling I9 and W4 paperwork.
- Handling I983 of Stem OPTs.
- Deal with H1b paperwork.

**Skills Required**:

- Must have 3+ years of experience and exposure in area of USA visa processing.
- Expertise in handling visa types like F1, Stem OPT and H1b.
- Should have experience/knowledge on I9, W4, and I983.
