We are seeking an accomplished Human Resource Executive to lead our US Immigration & Contracts team.
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for handling Master Service Agreements and Purchase Orders. Your expertise in reviewing Clauses and Terms will ensure seamless contract negotiations with clients and vendors. You will also maintain legal documents for sub-contractors and consultants, negotiate agreements, and oversee the onboarding process for selected candidates. Additionally, your duties will include H-1B Amendment, Extension, Transfer, and LCA filing, as well as preparation of supporting documents for PERM / I-140 audits. You will provide Offer Letters, Employment Verification letters, and other essential documentation to support our employees. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. If you have experience in immigration law and procedures, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
