
Front Office Assistant

- **Guest Reception**:Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and professional first impression.
- **Check-in/Check-out Procedures**:Efficiently process guest registrations, assign rooms, collect payment, and handle check-out formalities.
- **Reservation Management**:Take and manage room reservations, including confirming details and updating availability.
- **Guest Inquiries**:Answer questions about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and address guest concerns promptly.
- **Communication**:Effectively communicate with guests and other departments regarding requests, issues, and important information.
- **Administrative Tasks**:Maintain accurate guest records, update room status, and manage front desk logs.
- **Cash Handling**:Accurately process cash transactions and credit card payments.
- **Upselling and Promotion**:Promote hotel amenities and services to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
- **Front Desk Maintenance**:Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- **Security Procedures**:Adhere to safety and security protocols, including guest identification verification and emergency procedures.

- **Excellent Customer Service**: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport with guests, and handle customer complaints effectively.
- **Communication Skills**: Clear and concise verbal and written communication to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain accurate records.
- **Computer Proficiency**: Familiarity with property management systems and reservation software.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensure accuracy in guest information, room assignments, and billing.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify and resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
