The role of a **Production Supervisor** in the **die cutting area **in our organization to involves overseeing and managing the die cutting operations to ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the die cutting machines and related equipment.
- Ensure that all die cutting processes are performed according to the production schedule.
- Supervise, guide, and train machine operators and other team members in the die cutting area.
- Allocate tasks, set priorities, and ensure team members are working efficiently.
- Maintain a positive work environment, ensuring employees adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Monitor the output of die-cutting machines to ensure the finished products meet required quality standards and specifications.
- Address any issues related to product defects, irregularities, or non-compliance with specifications, and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure that all die-cutting machines and tools are properly maintained, calibrated, and operating efficiently.
- Oversee the preventative maintenance schedules and assist in troubleshooting machine breakdowns.
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment in the die cutting area.
- Conduct regular safety training for employees to minimize accidents and injuries.
- Work closely with the production planner or manager to ensure that die-cutting operations align with the overall production goals and schedules.
- Help determine material requirements and optimize the use of resources, such as raw materials and labor.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
