**Key Responsibilities**
- **Production Management**:

- Plan and schedule daily manufacturing activities.
- Monitor workflow and adjust resources as needed.
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
- **Team Supervision**:

- Lead and manage a team of carpenters, upholsterers, assemblers, or machine operators.
- Train new staff and provide ongoing skill development.
- Monitor performance and enforce discipline when necessary.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect products for defects or inconsistencies.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- **Inventory and Materials Management**:

- Monitor raw materials and supplies.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to maintain inventory levels.
- **Health & Safety**:

- Enforce workplace safety standards.
- Ensure all employees use proper protective equipment and follow procedures.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain production reports, attendance records, and other documentation.
- Communicate with management regarding progress, issues, or delays.
