Job Title: Production Supervisor (Male)

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the production line and workforce.
Ensure smooth and efficient production operations to meet daily targets.
Monitor and improve productivity, quality, and safety standards.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to production staff.
Identify and resolve any production-related issues.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow.
Provide training and support to line workers when required.
Key Requirements:
2-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/production setup.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
Basic understanding of production planning and quality control.
