- Receive and manage leads provided by the company (mainly nurses interested in working abroad).

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in English,Malayalam and Tamil.
- Prior experience in customer relations, telecalling, or recruitment is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
