Sales & Marketing Executive - Work from Home (IT Software Industry)

**Responsibilities**:
Telesales: Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls, effectively presenting our comprehensive range of IT services, such as website development and designing, mobile app development, digital marketing, ERP, and CRM development.

Consultative Selling: Understand clients' specific requirements and pain points, offering tailored solutions that address their unique business needs.

Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, gaining their trust and confidence as a reliable IT services provider.

Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling virtual sales presentations, showcasing the benefits and features of our services, and persuasively communicate how we can add value to their businesses.

Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully handle price negotiations, objections, and other challenges to successfully close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.

Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to continuously refine sales strategies and adapt to market demands.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing within the IT software industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets and quotas.
- In-depth understanding of IT services and solutions, including website development, mobile app development, digital marketing, ERP, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to delivering top-notch service.

Compensation: This is a performance-based role, and your salary will be directly linked to the sales you generate for the company. Alongside a competitive base salary, you will enjoy attractive commission and incentives that reward your hard work and success.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
