Job role : Financial Operations Coordinator
Location: Kochi/cochin
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare, review, and analyze key financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate account reconciliations with internal teams and external partners, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of transactions, settlements, and financial activities, ensuring data integrity.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with various departments and business units to align financial plans with organizational objectives.
- Monitor financial performance against budget targets, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve financial outcomes.
- Oversee the management of receivables and payables, ensuring smooth cash flow and liquidity across the organization.
- Supervise the accurate processing and recording of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, offering operational support to meet client needs and enhance satisfaction.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Coordinate invoicing and payment processes, ensuring prompt resolution of any discrepancies and smooth operations.
- Perform regular reconciliations of financial accounts, identifying discrepancies and ensuring financial statement accuracy.
- Assist in audit preparation, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and tax requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for financial inquiries, liaising with external vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial best practices, optimizing operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department, including scheduling meetings, coordinating document submissions, and handling finance-related communications.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
