**Job Purpose**
- Evaluation, Deployment, Migration and Upgradations of IT Infrastructure with high availability.
- Extend support to Infrastructure Strategic planning team during evaluation of IT Infra and deployment of features in Organization Infra Domain.
- Role demands creation Infra best practices, Processes, SLAs, KPI’s and utilization reports across deployed Infra in the Data Center
- Strong Governance with Service Partners

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Responsible for evaluation of Infrastructure and deployment and enhancing the operation KPIs.
- Responsible for creation/modification of Infra policies, SLAs, KPI’s and utilization reports across the data center
- Plan, integrate and initiate active monitoring of Infra deployed within the data center.
- Responsible to maintained High availability in across all the system.
- Preparing a detailed statistical report for presenting to leadership team highlighting Infra usage and strategy.
- Owns Capacity planning, high availability of Infra and products. Engagement with service partners for migrations, Critical Severities and Incidents and other BAU Projects.
- Reviewing the solutions at design phase and provide proper guidelines so that best practices followed in all the IT technology.
- Responsible for development and improvement of incident, RCA, Problem management process taking inputs from other verticals of IT Function/Non IT Function.
- Engage with internal and external audit teams, risk management team, compliance team and other business teams for highlighting issues in their respective domains and consistently work for improvement of overall security posture of the organization.

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Having Good Knowledge in IT Service Management processes.
- Knowledge in identifying & implementing the Automation using Python, Open AI, Ansible & GenAi

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**

**Must Have**
- Graduate (Computers/ Electronics & Telecommunications)

**Desirable**
- Exposure to cross competency like Application flow and security operation
