**Job Purpose**
- This role will be accountable for quality and performance of circle and to ensure prompt monitoring and Optimization to deliver superior voice & data experience to customers.

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Perform in-depth analysis of performance E2E KPIs.
- Propose technology actions to improve performance. VDCR, HOSR, CSSR, Throughput, CQI at cell level.
Indepth knowkedge for LAYER strategy and Load balancing
Parameter Audit to ensure Zero deviation
Daily Monitoring of Worst cells and suggest improvement plan and action for field team.
Issue guidelines for varoius KPIs and Paramaters.
High Inter function coordination and joint working to improve NW.

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- In-depth technical knowledge in radio network parameters & optimization (2G/4G/VoLTE).Excellent domain knowledge and on
- field optimization experience.People management capability, very good cross functional co-ordination.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- BE with Experience of 10-15 years
