We are looking for an Engagement Intern to manage and engage with our audience on Instagram. If you’re passionate about building communities and connecting with followers, this role will provide you with hands-on experience while contributing to the success of a dynamic educational platform.

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with followers: Respond to comments, DMs, and encourage users to participate in conversations and challenges.
- Community growth: Organize interactive activities like polls, Q&As, and contests to stimulate engagement and build a sense of community.
- Monitor sentiment: Keep track of follower feedback and engagement levels, and work with the Social Media Manager to improve content and strategy.
- Foster connections: Build and maintain relationships with followers, encouraging a sense of belonging and motivation within the community.
