**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and monitor **employee engagement programs and initiatives** across the organization.
- Draft and update **HR policies, internal communications**, and employee engagement frameworks.
- Create and maintain **Excel reports, dashboards**, and employee feedback analyses to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with **Heads of Departments** to assist in **setting employee goals and Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)** and support their effective **implementation and tracking**.
- Organize and manage internal events, celebrations, recognition programs, and wellness activities.
- Serve as a liaison between HR and department teams to ensure alignment of engagement and performance-related goals.
- Take ownership of assigned HR responsibilities and handle challenges proactively and independently.
- Provide support for various HR initiatives and projects as needed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in employee engagement or HR roles.
- Strong **Excel skills** (including pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting).
- Excellent **written and verbal communication** skills.
- Ability to **draft professional policies, communications, and reports**.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and **go-getter** attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a focus on execution.
- Familiarity with KRA/KPI systems and performance management tools.
- Experience in policy drafting and internal communications.
- Exposure to platforms like Canva, MS PowerPoint, or employee engagement tools.
