**Your Role**:

- **Develop and manage a detailed cutover plan aligned with overall project timelines and milestones.**:

- **Coordinate with cross-functional teams including data migration, testing, BASIS, security, and business stakeholders.**:

- **Lead mock cutovers and simulate production cutover scenarios to ensure readiness.**:

- **Manage cutover logistics such as system downtime, communication plans, and contingency strategies.**:

- **Monitor cutover execution and report status to senior stakeholders, ensuring mínimal business disruption.**

**Your Profile**:

- **8-14 years of total SAP experience, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in cutover management.**:

- **Proven track record in managing cutover activities for large-scale SAP implementations.**:

- **Strong understanding of SAP modules (S/4HANA preferred), data migration, and system landscapes.**:

- **Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.**:

- **Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and high accountability.**
