**1. Plan and execute employee events, workshops, and team-building activities.**

**2. Collaborate on internal communications, newsletters, and company updates.**

**3. Support employee recognition and rewards programs.**

**4. Conduct employee feedback sessions and surveys.**

Talent Management:
**1. Support performance management and employee development programs.**

**Requirements**:
**1. Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.**

**2. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.**

**3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and HR software (e.g., Asana).**

**4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.**

**5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**
