**Job Title**: Performance Marketing Executive
**Work Hours**: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
**Location**: Vadodara, Gujarat
**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with the agency managing the company’s digital marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Google and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
- Monitor ad performance and analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Create ad creatives, content briefs, and campaign strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure a good return on investment (ROI) for campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly on Google and Meta platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with overall company goals.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any field (specialization in Marketing or Digital Marketing is a plus).
- **Experience**: 0-6 months to 1 year in performance marketing or digital advertising (internship experience is acceptable).
- **Skills**:

- Knowledge of running and managing campaigns on **Google Ads** and **Meta Ads** (Facebook & Instagram).
- Basic understanding of performance metrics like CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently.
