We are seeking a creative and results-driven Performance Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing and scaling campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and a solid understanding of Social Media Marketing (SMM) strategies. Additional experience in Google Ads and SEO will be considered a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) with consistent content planning, posting, and engagement.Build and manage a monthly content calendar in alignment with the marketing strategy.Write engaging captions and coordinate with designers for high-quality visual content.Schedule and publish posts across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) using scheduling tools.Plan, create, and execute high-performing Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to achieve KPIs.Prepare performance reports using Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools.Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.(Add-on) Run and optimize basic Google Ads campaigns (Search & Display).(Add-on) Collaborate with SEO team for basic on-page SEO improvements and organic growth.Key Skills & Qualifications:Must-Have:Proven experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).Deep understanding of SMM strategies (organic + paid).Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, pixel integration, and retargeting.Soft Skills:Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹22, ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:Provident FundWork Location: In person
