As a _**Social Media Marketer**_ with _**0 - 1 years of experience**_ you will play an integral role in managing and growing our online presence across various social media platforms. You will assist in creating engaging content, developing social media strategies, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of social media marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels, including images, videos, and written copy.
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, including comments, messages, and reviews.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights to optimize campaigns.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals.
- Support the creation and implementation of social media advertising campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Work Experience : 0 - 1 Years
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Basic graphic design skills, preferably with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and provide insights.
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
