**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Handling social media marketing
- Creating reels or any short videos
- Producing creative engaging content and executing them on various platforms
- Scheduling and creating social media posts.
- Researching and implementing various social media trends.
- Researching relevant hashtags and using them as per the posts requirement
- Managing social media calendar.
- Brainstorming campaign ideas.
- Creating innovative posts for various social media platforms like Facebook,instagram,pinterest
- Good aesthetic and visual design sense
- Onboarding influencers for collaborations
- Assist the Marketing team in its brand building initiatives
- Generating ideas beyond posts to grow user base (eg: online events/contests)
- Updating posts to include relevant Keywords for Search Engine Optimization.
- Understanding SEO techniques and Google algorithms
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, data and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media channels

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2+ years of social media management experience
- Hands on experience in content management
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of graphic design principles.
- Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
- Ability to manage and supervise a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once
