**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and approach potential clients, including real estate developers, contractors, architects, and construction companies.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.
- Address customer inquiries, provide technical details, and assist with order fulfillment.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to drive repeat business.

**Market Research & Strategy**:

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide feedback to management for product improvements and pricing strategies.

**Order & Payment Management**:

- Process sales orders, coordinate with logistics for timely delivery, and ensure smooth transactions.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

**Promotions & Brand Awareness**:

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote AAC Blocks through various channels.
- Educate clients on the benefits of AAC Blocks, including cost-effectiveness, durability, and sustainability.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum [X] years in sales, preferably in AAC Blocks or construction materials.
- **Skills**:

- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction materials and building industry trends.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- **Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Valid driving license (if required for the role).

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Yearly bonus
