**Profile Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share within the area.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers to promote brand visibility and sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports, analyzing performance metrics to inform decision-making.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, tastings, and events to increase brand awareness and sales.

**Profile Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or in a similar sales role within the liquor/alcohol industry.
- Strong knowledge of the liquor market, including trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive decision-making.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned area.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:
