**Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally via chat
- Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate resolutions
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant teams
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
- Log all conversations accurately and follow up where necessary

**Qualifications**
- Excellent **written English communication and comprehension skills**:

- Typing speed of **45 WPM with 90%+ accuracy** (mandatory)
- Strong **multitasking and problem-solving** abilities
- **6 working days/week with Sunday off**:

- Must be comfortable working the **US Night Shift (9 PM - 6 AM IST)**:

- **Minimum Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- **Experience in BPO/customer support** is a plus
- **On-site role (Noida office)** - _Work from office is mandatory_
- **Immediate joiners will be prioritized**

**Compensation & Perks**
