**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to clients, highlighting features and benefits to address their requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in sourcing and managing Projects through platforms like Upwork, Guru, or other similar bidding portals.
- Strong understanding of project-based work arrangements and managing diverse talent pools.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in digital collaboration tools and project management platforms.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
