**Job Title: Sales and Marketing Representative**

**Location: [Ahmedabad, Gujarat]**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and advertising initiatives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare sales and marketing reports, including sales forecasts, market analysis, and ROI evaluations
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and its products/services

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Experience in the [specific industry or market] is preferred
