Call Center Executive- Banking

**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Executive
- Banking, located in Dubai. The Call Center Executive will be responsible for answering inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, providing information about banking products and services, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The role will also include handling customer complaints, conducting follow-up calls, and collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns efficiently.
**Qualifications**
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in Contact Centers and Sales
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of banking products and services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems
