**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive - Onboarding to assist new customers in setting up and using our platform/services effectively. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, resolving queries, and helping customers get the most value from our offerings.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.
Assist customers with account setup, product navigation, and initial troubleshooting.
Educate customers on key features, best practices, and usage tips.
Work closely with internal teams (sales, tech, and operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the onboarding experience.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions in CRM systems.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
0-3 years of experience in customer support, onboarding, or a similar role.
Strong communication skills in English and [Other Preferred Languages].
Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn about our products/services.
**Preferred Skills**:
Experience in SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce industries is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Empathy and customer-first mindset.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹11,801.65 - ₹30,000.00 per month
