We at **Satopradhan** are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Factory Assistant** to oversee our Factory's general operations. It combines managerial responsibilities with hands-on tasks typically associated with a helper or assistant in a factory setting. The person shall be responsible for a range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring efficient production processes and smooth operations within our manufacturing facility.

**Work Location**:Daburji Industrial Area, Amritsar.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Managing resources such as materials, equipment, and others to optimize productivity.
- Managing and supervising factory staff of Housekeeping and Helpers.
- Manage general concerns of departments such as procurement, logistics, and quality control to ensure smooth operations.
- Addressing any production delays, equipment malfunctions, or other emergencies to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Perform hands-on tasks as needed to support the general operations of the factory.
- Help maintain equipment and facilities by performing routine maintenance tasks and ensuring cleanliness and organization in work areas.
- Be adaptable and willing to perform various tasks as needed in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Respond to unexpected situations, production demands, and emergencies with a proactive and problem-solving approach.

**Qualification/ Skills**:

- 12th pass with rich experience in Factory management are eligible to apply.
- Must be active and quick learner.
- Must have known 4-wheeler driving.

**Salary for deserving & experienced can go between 15k to 20k**

**Note**:The exact salary will be decided after the trial and interview.
