The Telecalling Executive ( For Stock Market And Ecommerce Seller) will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospective leads, primarily focusing on individuals interested in options trading in the stock market and e-commerce sellers. The primary goal is to introduce our services/products, qualify leads, and schedule appointments or transfer calls to sales representatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a strong understanding of either financial markets or e-commerce, or the ability to quickly grasp new concepts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to a provided list of leads (stock market options traders and e-commerce sellers).
- Introduce the company and its offerings clearly and concisely.
- Understand the needs and pain points of potential clients through effective questioning.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their interest level.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services/products.
- Schedule appointments for sales teams or transfer qualified calls to appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads as necessary to nurture interest.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and conversion metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends in options trading and e-commerce to better engage with leads.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding telecalling and data privacy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
