**Position Overview**:
As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by contributing to both sales and marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and executing marketing strategies to promote the company's products or services. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, communication skills, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales**:
1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.

2. New Business Development: Identify and target potential clients through research, cold calls, networking, and attending industry events to expand the client base.

3. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase products/services' features and benefits, effectively addressing client pain points and needs.

4. Quotation and Negotiation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.

5. Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals, in CRM systems. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

6. Field visit: Mostly lead conversion need to be done over the call however if required meeting need to be done with client you will need to visit at site, it can be within Delhi/NCR or outside also, conveyance charges will be provided by company.

7. Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, and use this information to refine marketing strategies.

8. Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with company goals, including online and offline campaigns, content creation, and brand promotion.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree.

2. Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably within the same industry.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales/marketing tools.

5. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to devise effective strategies and overcome challenges.

6. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.

9. Flexibility to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and other business-related events.
