About the Role: We’re seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Assistant who shares our vision and is eager to make a positive impact. If you are passionate about sustainability, driven by purpose, and ready to take on exciting challenges, we want you on our team. As part of Green Story, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic and diverse group of professionals, work on impactful projects, and contribute to a cause that truly matters.

What You’ll Do:

- Support the sales and marketing team with administrative tasks
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns
- Conduct research on target markets, competitors, and industry trends
- Maintain and update customer and prospect databases
- Help create sales and marketing materials (presentations, brochures, etc.)
- Coordinate events (trade shows, webinars) and track attendance
- Manage social media accounts and create content
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
